Easy Submission Process:

Digital Photos:

• File size should be reduced no smaller than 600 pixels wide for landscape view and 600 pixels tall for portrait view (smaller files shall be discarded).
• File type should be JPEG
• Attach as separate files to your e-mail sent to us at photocontest@coyaba.com
• Provide a caption, give a brief description (story of the image) in no more than 25 words within your e-mail.
• Provide your name, mailing address and dates visited the island.

Basic Rules:

• Anyone who has visited Grenada in the past two years may enter the Contest (you could have stayed at any hotel, villa or vessel).  
• Entrants may participate in this Contest during dates July 1 - September 30, 2011.
• Photos must be your original copyright-free amateur snapshots.
• Print photos cannot be accepted.
• Prize certificate is not transferable, has no cash value and is only valid one year from date of issue.

Contest Rules

1. Eligibility. Contest is open exclusively to the amateur photographer only. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Void in the case of employees of the promoter or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
2. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Judging and Selection of Winner. All entries will be judged on artistic expression, technical composition, and sense of place. All winners will be notified by mail, or e-mail. Judging will be conducted by a panel of qualified judges designated by Sponsor who are believed to be experts in the field of photography and destination knowledge of Grenada. The decisions of the judging panel are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
4. Prize. The winner will receive a 5-days/4-nights land vacation at Coyaba Beach Resort based on room-only for two sharing Superior Collection Garden/Pool View accommodation, prize excludes the following costs; airfare, meals, incidentals, transfers, travel insurance and airport departure taxes.  The winning photograph will be published on the Coyaba Beach Resort web site.
5. Notification. Details of the winner(s) can be obtained by calling Coyaba Beach Resort at 1-(473) 444-4129 within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion, or viewed on the sponsor's website.
6. Disclaimer. All winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused in connection with participation in this Contest and, if applicable, the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, and release Coyaba Beach Resort, including, without limitation, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agents, from any and all such liability.
